WORK SHIRT TYPE I -
CHECKER INDIGO DYED YARNS
Our Work Shirt Type I
is a basic-two- pockets work shirt style. This checker-patterned fabric is
woven with serial of indigo dyed yarns. Producing a really rich and stand out
color. The fabric starts out quite stern and stiff. But it will be softer and
fade off beautifully with wears and washes. With a regular fit, this shirt
surely will be perfect as your daily companion.
We use triple chainstitch constuction for our work shirt collections. Known as one of the most superior shirt construction, this kind of method surely delivers a very solid and long lasting construction. Moreover the method was also used in the good old days.
This shirt also features a rip-stop shirt tail gusset, or simply known as side gusset. Mainly to reinforce the side body seam of the shirt. Other detail in this shirt is the chainstitch run-off. Considered as a flaw part in the past, but nowadays many repro-extremist-work-wear-manufacturer use that detail to add the aesthetic form of the shirt. Such is `the beauty of imperfection`.
We only use buttons that made from natural material. No cheap plastic, synthetic, polyester, and such. The quality and the solidity of those natural buttons are completely beyond the `fake` one.
For this shirt, the buttons are made from Corozo nut. The buttons are directly imported from Panama, where the buttons are made. The button has the natural grain pattern found in Corozo nut. It shows through very strongly somet. What happens is that Corozo nut has different layers of density that are created as corozo hardens from the center of the nut, towards the outside. That creates a layer effect when it`s cut. The dye penetrates these layers differently and it creates this grain effect. It is really beautiful.
